Boring but Important
At Pentre Mawr we’re all about letting everyone have a happy time and a relaxing break, so we kindly ask our guests to wind the noise down after 10pm. While we understand the desire to celebrate special occasions, we want to have a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests. So we are unable to accept hen or stag parties. We offer a warm welcome to same sex couples and walking groups who want to travel together but with some independence
All our lodges and cottages are set up for couples and as Pentre Mawr is all about relaxation and a romantic get away, we cater for guests aged 12 and above. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
You must know by now how much we love animals, so you’ll be pleased to know there is no limit to the number of woofs. We kindly ask all pet owners to ensure that their dogs are properly supervised during their stay with us. It’s important to keep our furry friends under control to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Not everyone loves dogs as we do!! We have woodland and river walks on our own land where they are welcome to run free and the two cottages in the fully enclosed walled garden are ideal for the escapees!!! We don’t charge for your pets staying but any damage must be paid for.
A deposit of £100 is require at the time of booking and is nonrefundable but will be held against another booking with no time limitation.
While we also hold weddings at Pentre Mawr we will never have a wedding or a function on when we have self catering guests. We're all about giving you a peaceful time.
Our very last request is that you have the absolute best time and return to Pentre Mawr time after time.
